1. Return & Exchange Period

Customers may request a return or exchange within 45 days of receiving the product. Requests beyond this period will not be accepted.

2. Eligibility for Returns & Exchanges

• Items with visible defects or damage
• Quality-related issues
• Noticeable odor or significant color differences
• Incorrect item received
• No-reason returns (items must be unused and in original packaging)

3. Non-Returnable Conditions

• Items that have been used, installed, or damaged by the customer
• Missing original packaging, accessories, or labels
• Damage caused during return shipping due to improper packaging

4. Return Process

To request a return, please contact us and provide:

• Order number
• Proof of payment
• Reason for return
• Photos or videos as evidence

Once approved, we will provide the return address. Please pack the item securely with all original accessories and materials before shipping it back.

After receiving the item, we will inspect it. If it meets our return conditions, a refund will be processed.

5. Exchange Process

The exchange process follows the same steps as returns. After inspection and approval, a replacement item will be shipped within 1–3 business days.
